By using spadivinejm.com or booking an appointment with The Spa Divine, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.
When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your appointment and reach you if anything changes. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. Appointment times, staff availability, and treatment durations shown online are kept as current as possible but may occasionally need to be adjusted; if that happens we will contact you to reschedule.
Prices are listed in Jamaican dollars (JMD) unless stated otherwise. When you book online you can pay in full or pay a deposit to secure your appointment; the exact amounts are shown in the booking flow before you check out. Any applicable taxes and remaining balances are payable at the spa.
Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our treatments are wellness and beauty services, not medical care. Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or sensitivities before your treatment so we can adjust or, where necessary, recommend against a service. We may decline or modify a treatment where we believe it is not safe or suitable.
We keep the spa calm and comfortable for every guest. We reserve the right to refuse or end a service, without refund of time already used, where a guest is abusive, intoxicated, or behaves inappropriately toward staff or other guests.
Packages, bundled treatments, and promotional offers are honored according to the terms stated when you purchase them, including any expiry dates or usage conditions communicated at that time.
The content on this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to The Spa Divine or its licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without permission. We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Spa Divine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use of the site or our services means you accept the updated terms.
