Cancellation Policy

Plans change — we understand. Here is how cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and missed appointments work at The Spa Divine.

Cancelling an appointment

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancelling with proper notice keeps your options open: we can release the time to another guest and work out the best handling of any amount you have already paid.

Rescheduling

Need a different day or time? Contact us at least 12 hours before your appointment and we will move your booking to the next time that works for you, subject to availability. Rescheduling with notice keeps your deposit attached to the new appointment.

Deposits and prepayments

When you book online you can pay in full or pay a deposit, and the exact amounts are shown in the booking flow before checkout. Anything you prepay is applied toward the cost of your treatment. If you cancel late or miss your appointment without notice, prepaid amounts may not be refundable — contact us and we will confirm how your booking is handled.

Late arrivals

If you are running late, call us — we will do our best to deliver your full treatment. Depending on the schedule, a late arrival may mean your treatment is shortened so the next guest starts on time, with the full service price still applying. If you arrive too late for the service to be performed at all, the booking may be treated as a missed appointment.

No-shows

If you miss an appointment without contacting us, the booking is recorded as a no-show and any amount you prepaid may be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment in full for future bookings.

Illness

If you are unwell, please do not push through your appointment. Contact us as early as you can and we will help you reschedule — protecting your recovery, our team, and other guests comes first.

Group bookings and packages

Group visits and multi-treatment packages hold more of the schedule, so they may need more notice to change or cancel. Any additional terms are confirmed with you when the group booking or package is arranged.
